Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive respiratory therapy services, ensuring the highest standard of patient care, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilator management.
Operate and maintain respiratory equipment to ensure patient safety.
Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Document patient assessments and treatments accurately.
Educate patients and families on respiratory care, equipment usage, and management strategies.
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
Ensure compliance with infection control practices and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:
Active Respiratory Care Practitioner license in Arizona.
Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
At least 1-2 years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist (preferred 2+ years).
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Preferred Skills:
Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills.
Ability to manage patient care in a fast-paced setting.
Effective communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with medical teams.
Proficient in using respiratory therapy equipment and technology.
