<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Implement and maintain PSM programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as directed by the Industrial Refrigeration Manager.</li>
<li>Lead and provide guidance to PSM teams, assisting in the development and maintenance of site-specific policies, procedures, and training programs.</li>
<li>Conduct routine meetings with refrigeration personnel and coordinate corporate programs to ensure consistency across locations.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of PSM (14 elements), RMP, and applicable state and federal regulations, providing training as necessary.</li>
<li>Perform audits, inspections, and evaluations to identify gaps in PSM/RMP compliance and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li>Coordinate activities such as Management of Change (MOC), Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR), and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).</li>
<li>Support training on operating procedures, including annual reviews and refresher courses, while maintaining the training matrix.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of process safety through employee participation programs and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Oversee updates to facility process safety information and maintain the facility’s RMP plan.</li>
<li>Assist in corporate and regulatory audits (OSHA, EPA) and compliance activities.</li>
<li>Provide technical direction for refrigeration and cooling system projects, collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and contractors.</li>
<li>Manage electronic documentation through SharePoint and PSM management tools (APSM).</li>

<h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>At least 3 years of experience leading and coordinating PSM and RMP activities at the facility level.</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of PSM standards, RMP rules, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Associate’s degree (A.A.) in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Formal training in HAZOP and What-if/Checklist PHAs (or willingness to complete training).</li>
</ul>
