🔹 Location: Onsite [Hyderabad]
🔹 Experience: 1-5 years in IT staffing or software sales
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify & connect with Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and MSPs for IT staffing & software services.
✅ Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email marketing.
✅ Close IT staffing contracts & software service deals with hiring managers & IT leaders.
✅ Build long-term relationships and negotiate pricing & contract terms.
✅ Track and meet monthly revenue & placement goals.

🔹 Required Skills:

✔ Strong experience in IT staffing sales / software solutions sales.
✔ Excellent communication & client negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to generate leads & build partnerships using LinkedIn, job portals, and CRM tools.
✔ Familiarity with MSPs, Tier-1 vendors, and direct client hiring models.
✔ Results-driven mindset with a history of closing deals & hitting targets.
