CozenTech is looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage and support our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our IT staffing and software services business.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
✅ Manage employee relations, engagement programs, and performance evaluations.
✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
✅ Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
✅ Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
✅ Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work culture.
🔹 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
✔ 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role (IT industry experience is a plus).
✔ Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, HR operations, and labor laws.
✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in HR management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
