About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with 6–10 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage cases independently, communicate directly with clients, and support strategic legal initiatives across multiple industries. This is a key role with high visibility, offering opportunities for leadership and client development.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Lead litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement.
Court Appearances: Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, manage pre-trial and trial proceedings.
Depositions: Conduct and defend depositions; prep clients and expert witnesses.
Discovery: Manage e-discovery, document review, and production in complex cases.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with partners to shape and execute litigation strategies.
Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for client communication and legal advice.
Leadership: Mentor junior associates and oversee case teams and timelines.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; strong academic background preferred.
Licensed and in good standing to practice in Pennsylvania.
Experience in federal court litigation required.
6–10 years of hands-on litigation experience (civil/commercial).
Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Strong time-management and case-prioritization abilities.
