Position Overview: Construction Superintendent (Solar Projects)
As Construction Superintendent, you will oversee the full scope of site operations for solar energy construction projects—managing crews, timelines, quality control, and safety compliance. You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all field construction activities on solar project sites
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site schedules
Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal building codes and OSHA regulations
Maintain site safety, productivity, and quality standards
Document progress through daily logs, reports, and change orders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and client stakeholders
Track labor, equipment, and material usage to support budget control
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure milestones are met

Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or Site Manager on solar or general construction projects
Strong understanding of construction best practices, building codes, and job-site operations
Experience in renewable energy, especially solar PV installations, is highly preferred
Electrical license is an asset
OSHA certification is required or must be obtained upon hire
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documentation
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Willingness to travel to multiple project sites when needed
