Position: Senior Project Engineer (Geotechnical)
Location: Murrieta, CA (On-site with hybrid flexibility)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
Join a leading geotechnical engineering firm where you’ll play a key role in managing public works and land development projects from proposal through construction. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across regional offices while performing advanced geotechnical analysis, project oversight, and construction support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead engineering analysis and field exploration for a wide range of geotechnical projects.
Manage projects from proposal phase to final construction, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Oversee and perform construction observation and site reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients across multiple office locations in a professional, team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
Professional Engineer (PE) or Geotechnical Engineer (GE) license in California preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing civil/public works or land development projects.
Strong technical, analytical, project management, and field observation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
