πΉ Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Manage employee relations, engagement programs, and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work culture.
πΉ Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
β Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
β 1β3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role (IT industry experience is a plus).
β Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, HR operations, and labor laws.
β Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
β Proficiency in HR management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
