✅ Manage and optimize social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
✅ Create engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
✅ Work on SEO and SEM campaigns to increase website traffic and generate leads.
✅ Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement lead generation campaigns.
✅ Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure success and optimize strategies.
🔹 Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✔ 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles (IT or staffing industry experience is a plus).
✔ Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
✔ Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
