🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify, qualify, and place IT consultants on client projects across various technologies.
✅ Build and maintain a strong database of IT professionals, focusing on H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and Green Card candidates.
✅ Market consultants to tier-1 vendors and direct clients for contract opportunities.
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, ensuring continuous engagement and support.
✅ Negotiate rates and close deals with vendors and clients.
✅ Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to meet company goals and objectives.
🔹 Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Bench Sales or IT staffing (preferred).
- Strong understanding of US hiring processes and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with vendor portals and direct clients.
- Proficiency in tools like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Job Diva is a plus.
